HOW IT WORKS

Step 1: Contact Us

If you’re interested in renting a photo backdrop wall and/or a sign for an upcoming event, the first step is to contact us by filling out our inquiry form. You’ll be prompted to tell us about the logistics of the event, and can expect hearing back from us within 48 hours.

Step 2: Contract & Deposit

We will send you a personalized contract to review and sign. Upon signing, you will secure your rental with a non-refundable deposit. One week before your event, you will pay the remainder of your balance.

Step 3: Deliver & Assemble

On the day of (or day before) your event, we will deliver and assemble your rental. The delivery time will be agreed upon in advance-depending on how much time you/your vendors may need to put up decorations. Please note, you will be charged $2 per mile for delivery from Glen Cove, NY.

Step 4: Decorate & Enjoy

Decorate your wall with balloons, flowers, streamers, or anything you desire! Curate it to match your theme and colors. Want our help? Let’s chat! Send us a message via our inquiry form. Don’t forget to check out our Add-On wood signs. We can make custom signs as well. After decorating, be sure to take pictures and share them by tagging us on social media @wonderwallsglencove or sending us pictures via email wonderwallsglencove@gmail.com.

Step 5: Dis-Assemble & Pick Up

On the day of, or after your event, we will dis-assemble and pick up your rental. The pick up time will be agreed upon in advance depending on how much time you/your vendors may need to take down decorations. Please note, you will be charged $2 per mile for pick-up.
